Hi everyone, I have a story that I am planning on submitting to the Shonen Jump magazine and I was wondering if there was any artist who is willing to take on this task. I'm willing to pay though I don’t know how this would be priced.

My story is called Iron Age, and even though the title seems cliche the story itself is actually a very unconventional, strange, and unique fantasy. By unconventional I mean something like how there are different races but these don't include: elves, dwarfs, halflings, orcs, goblins, and just about every other race that has been done before. Unlike how Tolkien's LotR and many other fantasy works are based around medieval Europe mine is based more around the Roman Empire/Republic as well as many other areas of the world like the title suggests, though at the same time this isn't a historical work whatsoever. The world this story takes place in is different from ours in that iron is capable of nullifying and channeling magic, kind of like a wand yet slightly different. This is essentially brings swords and sorcery to a new level where most people learn to master both weapons and magic. There are many more things than that but I'd just like to leave that to your imagination.

I'm willing to tell people who are interested in working with me more about the story. As I said before this will be a large project so I am looking for less of an artist and more of a partner, someone who has ambition. I am willing to pay for the one-shot but since I am aiming for serialization I want someone who would actually consider continuing afterwards. I’ll be submitting this to the Jump treasure prize contest held by Shueisha.

Hi, I'm not a part of this group (yet) I just happend to drop by.

Any graphic tablet is in theory suitable, but the most populare brand is Wacom, and there's obviously a reason for that... I personally use a Wacom Intuos Pro S and I love it, however it's a little expensive. A Wacom tablet that I've heard should be very good for beginners is the Wacom Bamboo Pad:

Try check Wacom out, that's what I'd recommend. I use it everyday for drawing/photomanips and it's awesome. :)
